Mega Cash GO uses Credit Sense as a third-party service provider to securely access your bank statements for verification purposes, including transaction history from the last 90 days. Your internet banking login details are required for this process.

You authorise Mega Cash GO and Credit Sense to access third-party sites designated by you, on your behalf, to retrieve information requested by you, and to register for accounts on your behalf. You acknowledge that Mega Cash GO and Credit Sense are acting as your agents in this process and not as agents for, or on behalf of, any third-party financial institutions.

6. Bank Login Details

Your bank’s terms and conditions may prevent you from disclosing your internet banking login details to anyone. You should contact your bank for more information about this. To the extent permitted by law, Mega Cash GO disclaims any responsibility for breaches of your bank’s terms by disclosing such information and shall not be liable for any loss arising from such breaches.

7. Submission of Ideas and Materials

Mega Cash GO’s policy is not to accept or consider unsolicited ideas or materials. If you submit any materials in violation of this prohibition, we reserve the right to consider all such materials as non-confidential and free of any proprietary or personal claims. You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at customercare@megacashgo.com.au. While your account will be deactivated, we will retain your information for the required retention period of seven years, after which your information will be securely destroyed or permanently de-identified.

15. Governing Law

This app and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any claims related to this App or these terms and conditions must be filed in the courts located in New South Wales.
